Conscious Transformation is an art that once experienced changes your perspective of life. Consciously changing perspective is a skill that can be learned.

Step 1 - Discovery

What is important to you? Where do you want to go? What are you wiling to change? These questions, truthfully answered provide us the signs we need to declare your goals.

Step 2 - Declare intentions

Your goals guide this entire process. Once you have accepted these goals as your truth your declaration aligns your inner reality with your external desires. The declaration is your commitment to make changes and have the results.

Step 3 - Who are you?

What is important to you? What are your skills and talents? What inspires and motivates you? What will help you achieve your goals? By looking within and asking question we set the stage for release of old behaviors and the creation of new ones.

Step 4 - Intervention

Thru breath and emotional clearing techniques we begin your inner journey. Our path is guided by your goals and declarations. Once you learn to access your inner world, conscious change becomes possible. The tools we use include:
