The Art of Having
On a daily basis, most of us are spending a great deal of time
in our heads describing our lives. As a result, the physical and
emotional body can be left unguided and has been so for many years.
This split between body and mind is responsible for much of the
problems in our lives. This work helps to re-align your physical,
mental and emotional and spiritual elements into an integrated whole.
The constant need to describe prevents us from directly experiencing
our lives. The mind, unable to apply its tools of analysis, planning
and problem solving to peaceful experiences, does not value these
experiences. Instead it will look to create more problems. Having,
an experience of fulfillment can be short circuited by the mind
as well. Learn how to maintain your experience of Having.
