Meditative Exercise is about taking the skills of deep focus to the movement realm. You will learn how to move and exert based upon the foundation of the breath.

Practical Applications

Approaching exercise in this way provides you a progressive practice of staying calm in stressful situations. You learn to say to yourself "if I can stay calm balancing on one foot while I move my arms, I can stay calm in (this) ____ situation"

This holistic approach substantially reduces your stress while increasing your body's strength.

As your ability to remain calm increases, so does your ability to exercise at higher levels of intensity.
