Mr. Ginsberg holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from
the Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from SUNY at Buffalo.
Mr. Ginsberg has a sound knowledge base in the scientific principles that underlie human movement such as:
- Exercise assessment, prescription and programming in healthy
and special populations
- Performance enhancement
- Prevention and treatment of sports injuries,
- Nutritional principles applied to exercise and sport
- Patient/client interpersonal relations
- Professional ethics and behavior
In addition, his advanced certifications as a Strength and Conditioning
Coach from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
and as a 12th level Reiki Master Teacher focuses his ability to
"tune" into his clients and address their unique needs.
His practical professional experience began more than 14 years
ago in physical therapy settings working with spinal cord injuries
and stroke victims. He eventually left the clinical environment
to become a top trainer and fitness manager at New York City ’s
Equinox Fitness Club. His continued experiences have led him to
work with multi-handicapped children, cancer surviors as well as
fitness enthusiasts and overly stressed people.
